On this occasion, I decided to make it a pure Sauvignon Blanc
Most of the wine for this blend came from Chateaux XXXX, XXX and XXX
The wine is a tpical Sauvignon Blanc, with lovely bright, fresh glassy, gooseberry flavours that will be a great partner for an fish or shellfish or white meat dish. It is also a delicious wine to drink by itself
